As soon as 2013 began many people began to talk about how they plan on eating heather this year and trying to stay and shape. Eating heather is one of the most popular New Year resolution ever. many people are not sure how to do there New Year's resolution so here are some easy ways to stay on track and began your new healthy resolution.


1.) Eat whole grains






2.) Eat more fish



 4,) Watch how much salt you use






5.) Add some leaf greens to your meal
 

6.) Keep an eye on how much sugar you intake
