Ways To Cut Down Calories

    Since the average Americans eat around 1652 calories, from fast foods, unhealthy snacks and soft drinks a day.  By not taking too much of these unhealthy foods can lower the calories we intake.  Also by switching the unhealthy snacks we eat with healthy snacks can also cut down calories. In addition by eating smaller proportions and counting calories you can cute down calories.
